I had a stroke while riding my bike in April 05. I lost use of my right arm and leg. I have had some recovery but I still am unable to work. I had to sell my bike to pay off the loan on it. If there is anyone out there that could help a disabled and broke Biker get back in the wind with a trike or a bike with a side car, I would be forever grateful. Please Email Frank I would like to thank my family, friends, and my Biker brothers and sisters for all the support. Thank you, and God Bless you all. Body ID'd in Poudre River as missing biker's - Denver Post - A body found Saturday in the Poudre River is believed to be that of a missing 63-year-old man who was swept away after crashing his motorcycle earlier this month.
The Larimer County Coroner's Office said it has tentatively identified the body as Dennis M. Schultz of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, and has notified the family as it makes further confirmation.
A passer-by spotted the body Saturday morning and called the Larimer County Sheriff's Office, which then contacted the Colorado State Patrol.
Trooper David Hall said rescuers recovered the body of an adult male matching Schultz's description about a mile downstream from where he was reported missing.
A caller July 8 reported seeing a motorcyclist slide off the road and into the river in Poudre Canyon. The owner of the motorcycle was contacted by the Sheriff's Office and said his father had borrowed it.

Collision with moose leaves 2 injured - Anchorage Daily News - A motorcycle struck and killed a moose early Saturday on the Steese Highway, and both the rider and his passenger suffered serious injuries, Alaska State Troopers reported.
Jeffrey Pruss, 46, of Fairbanks was driving the 2009 Harley-Davidson. Nicole Johnson, 29, of Fairbanks was riding on the back. They were going south toward Fairbanks from the Chatanika area when the big cow moose suddenly tried to cross the road at Mile 14, troopers said. Troopers responded around 2:45 a.m.

Medics took them both to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Pruss was transferred to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, where he was listed in critical condition. Johnson's condition wasn't clear. She wasn't listed as a patient at Fairbanks Memorial or Providence.

The riders went passed the spot where Officers Robert Etter and Stephanie Markins were killed in 2002. Riders who spoke with NBC26 say raising money and remembering the officers were one of many things that brought them out this weekend. "I think it is camaraderie with your friends," said Marcie Ortcheid, "Everybody gets together and we all the same idea, enjoyment." The ride was followed by a post-party at a Green Bay Bar and Restaurant. Last year, the event raised $20,000 for Special Olympics.

Bikers Rally for Slain Biddeford Men - WCSH-TV - ARUNDEL (NEWS CENTER) Scores of bikers hit the road Saturday to raise money and offer support to Tammy Cole. Two of her sons were shot to death in Biddeford last month.
The Gage & Derek Greene Memorial Bike Run was organized quickly by Tammy Cole's co-workers at Bentley's Saloon in Arundel. 21 year old Derek and 19 year old Gage were killed on June 29th.
Saloon owner Bentley Warren said "Tammy definitely was in need-- emotionally, financially and we just all try to get together to help people like this, and not for notoriety, because we really care and all the bikers care."
Tammy Cole says the bikers are like family and says of the saloon, "This is definitely home, this is where I'm comfortable, my boys came here, so this is what we like."
An estimated 100 bikers took part in the Memorial Run. Participants were asked to contribute $25.00 to help Cole cover funeral and other expenses.
